Villa la Ventolera is located in Nerja (Malaga) within Fuente del Baden neighborhood near Capistrano Village area offering amazing views of the valley. It is just a short drive from the Nerja town center(1.5 Km).

This spacious 140 square meter villa for up to 6 people has a patio with BBQ and a food preparation area surrounded by plants making it very fresh in summer.

There is Wi-Fi internet and an air conditioning (hot/cold) included in the price.

The ground floor contains an open-plan kitchen and one bathroom. The kitchen has all possible accessories you might need during your vacation such as a fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the villa.

The comfortable sofas in the living room offer lots of sitting space from where you can watch many international channels of the modern flat screen TV. The dining area is located between the living room and the kitchen with a table and chairs for 6 people.

The large swimming pool is ideal for families. With sunbeds, table and chairs near enough for the parents to keep an eye on their children.

There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a cloak-room (toilet), enough to allow each bedroom to have a dedicated toilet.

There is a private garage in the villa and parking for a second car.

Villa Ventolera is a great accommodation in one of the best neighborhoods in Nerja, very private and not too far from the center of the town.

La villa se trouve dans un quartier calme .La maison est très bien entretenue le salon et la salle à manger ainsi que les chambres sont confortables .les propriétaires étaient très à l'écoute ainsi qu'Alida qui entretenait le jardin et la piscine je recommande sans problème cette villa.

“Fantastic villa will all essentials & great location”

We have just returned from our stay at Villa la Ventolera and just had to add a review to help people with any decision they may have regarding staying. We were a party of four friends aged 38-56 yrs. The villa looks is as appears on the pictures (if somewhat smaller in regards to the lounge area) and does not disappoint. The villa has everything one would need including pool towels, filter coffee machine and BBQ essentials! We had 2 BBQs whilst there which was perfect in the afternoon by the pool. The outside area catches the sun all day but also has plenty of shaded areas for sun wimps (like myself). The rooms were beautifully turned out and the air conditioning ensures you have a comfortable sleep. The outside areas are perfect for the different times of day - whether that be breakfast overlooking the pool and hills, a BBQ by the pool, or tea-time and Sangria on the terrace on the swing. The location is superb and only a few mins drive from the local supermarkets - which are very reasonably priced allowing for a healthy stock up of food and drink. We also got taxis to Nerja central and playa Burriana which cost around 7 euros. A drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus is a must at only around 1hr 20 mins away. Finally, the owners and management were very friendly and easy to contact when we had queries. We would definitely stay again!
