Description

Casa Nido del Búho is a spacious house decorated in the traditional local style, located on a quiet street in the center of a small town.

The house has a terrace with beautiful views of the lush forest and mountains. The terrace has a dining area and sun loungers, as well as a small swimming pool, which provides cooling on hot summer days.

The house, which offers a particularly cozy atmosphere, has 214 m2 of space and has a living room, four bedrooms, a kitchen and five bathrooms. All rooms have magnificent beams on the ceilings.

The living room has a sofa where you can watch TV. In winter, a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. There are also numerous small tables and chairs in the room for dining, playing games, etc.

The kitchen is well equipped. There is, for example, a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

The house has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two have twin beds. There are berths for eight people in total. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. In addition, the house has a fifth bathroom, e.g. for guests.

The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning, which can be used to cool or heat the house if necessary.

NOTE: There is no mobile coverage, but the house has free Wi-Fi for browsing and making calls through applications.

The house cannot be reached by public transport, so renting a car is essential.

Casa Nido del Búho is a great house that offers a wonderful setting for a large family or group vacation.

Near region description

The house is located in the center of the cozy and clean little town of Cómpeta. The town is surrounded by beautiful green nature, which is great for hiking. There are bars and restaurants within a short walk from the house. There are small shops in the town where you can find basic groceries, but larger grocery stores are located in Nerja, which is about 12 km away. There are also several nice beaches there.

It is worth driving to the house from the motorway via Frigiliana, as the road is better than the shorter route through Torrox.
